  • They might, a lot depends on the company. You may have to file an appeal.

    There is a section for insurance questions under Support. You may be able to find answers or get more responses there.
  • well we had the verbal,then my doc sent the appeal on paper,now they want 2nd oppinion which is by my docs partner,so hopefully this qill be the end of this!thanks
