Micheal Jackson and oxycontin {here we go again!!}

  • I saw last night on the news (rumors of course) they say his OD may have been Propofol - yes, as in the general anesthetic! To give this outside an OR or surgical suite without monitor its NUTS - they say the doctor that prescribed it may be charged with manslaughter, for sure will lose his license. they say he requested if for severe insomnia, and would often have minor surgical procedures just to get it!
  • Yeah, I heard about that drug on the news too.

    I think it's about time to let Michael rest in peace. The media keeps running this story into the ground. Enough is enough now. Give the man and his family some space.

  • But at least the "burden's not on the oxy.
  • Thanks-I'll give that a try.
    C3-4-5 fusion 2005
    C-5-T-1 disk bulged
    L-4-5 bulge to the right, with Microdiscectomy, failed
    L5- Bi-Lateral bulge
    Pain in right foot -loss of feeling
    Left butt, hip and front thigh pain with bad shooting pain into inside ankle sometimes
  • It seems that the DEA is looking for any excuse to pull Oxycontin off the shelves for good. And now we are watching to see if they'll do away with Vicodin and Percocet because of the tylenol overdoses.

    I also wonder how long will the media be speculating and digging for more info on Michael J's medical history. They are so over the top with their extensive coverage. This is really sad and tragic.
