    I believe this is part of the standard recovery process for spineys. The only difference is in the size of the ball that is being used.
    If you can stand at the end, then you get to go on to the next phase of recovery, if you fall, well see you later

  • I am sure that was where I had PT after my surgery. All the instruments of torture my therapist had were in the video.
