sorry for long delay on update

its been 1 week as of tomarrow, didn't start out well was in surgery for 6-7 hours instead of 3-4 anticipated, lot more damage than MRI showed.the first night had to be the worst imaginble, thank god the nurses were there to help. every day is better, walking ever day went to a bonfire w/friends if only for 1 hour. would i do it again YEP!!!! :)

  • Hopefully the worst is over and you are well on your way to a full recovery. Please remember to follow your doctor's instructions and do not try to rush any part of the recovery. Sometimes things progress more slowly than we would like, but it is all part of the process.

    Your job now is to rest and walk, rest and walk and then rest and walk a litle more. Let people take care of you for awhile.
