feeling depressed

well i made it through 7 1/2 weeks post surgery on my
L5 S1 fusion surgery I thought I was doing great but the last 2 weeks I seem to have been regressing backwards
I have not been walking as much as I should and my pain in my lower back is worse than the first week out of surgery
my doctor says that my xrays show that my hardware has shifted slightly but not to worry about it he will just have to monitor it a little closer I really dont know what that means my next appointment is on sept 7 does anyone
know what i ame doing wrong or is it normal

  • i dont know whether you are doing anything right or wrong but the main thing is to follow drs orders. are you doing anything in physical therapy to strengthen core muscles?
