Right side L5/S1 laminotomy/microdiscectomy yesterday. Pain in feet is gone, some pain in my right leg. Incision hurts from time to time, but overall, I feel pretty good. Honestly, my biggest issue so far was coming out of anesthesia. So far, so good.

  • If you're on pain medications, be sure to drink LOTS of fluids and eat properly to avoid constipation. It can be a big problem if you're on certain meds for pain.

Remember to take it easy and do not overdo it!!

Glad you are feeling pretty good.
