1 bulging of the annuli at c3-4-5-6

2 right-sided disk protrusions at the c2-3-4

3 narrowing of the right neural foramen at the c2-3-4-5

  • Sounds like you could be having the typical cervical ddd. The bulges are basically small herniations.

How are you feeling? What kind of symptoms are you having? How long?

I would think you may be having right/possibly left arm/hand pain or numbness, maybe some bad headaches, & muscle spasms.
