Hi, I was wondering if there are any after surgery lists on what to have handy after a fusion. Something i can print?
Can u link me please? Thx so much. I will be having a double level 360 fusion on my L4-5 L5S1 on jan 15th and want to be prepared.

  • Check out the post-op must-have link at the top of this topic. It is quite extensive and invaluable. As you read through it you'll start thinking about what sounds reasonable for you. Silk pjs or satin sheet, toilet riser, and several grabbers around the house were a few of my favorites. There is great information and support on this site. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask lots of questions.
  • Thank you so much...I feel dumb. Didnt even see that. I will read it through and through :)

  • Someone pointed it out to me too when I first got started. I hope it helps and that you get relief soon.
  • on getting your ADR approved. A fusion at your age sounds so drastic, but when your discs are that damaged, there isn't much you can do but surgery.

    3 level spinal fusion, L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1, November 2008. Stiff, but I can walk.
