One Month Post Op

Hi Guys,

I am now over a month post-op and am still going strong. I technically am only supposed to be lifting 20 lbs now but I have lifted my 36 lb son quite a bit with no problems. I am not supposed to jog or run for a few more months, however, which is a bummer.
Besides the scar I can't even tell I had surgery.

What procedure did you have? I have my post op this week with first xray for 2-level ACDF. This friday will be 6 weeks since the surgery. I'm hoping that fusion has begun. I've been using a treadmill but only for a few minutes a day. its taken me forever (it seems) to feel well enough to get active. Now I'm out of shape like crazy!!!!!
I'm so glad to hear you are doing so well! It gives hope to those of us that are just getting there!!!!!
