Perhaps not what the dr ordered but after a wonderful bottle of wine from a friends maiden vintage and some bubbles at New Year my back seems wonderfully painfree.

Hope everyone has a wonderful New Year and best wishes for a painfree 2010.

  • I think I try your prescription Scottie, it just may work.
Cheers, and Happy New Year to you too!

  • I am also feeling quite good today after a busy time entertaining last night (lots of help from hubby and sons, and drinking wine and champagne.

Happy New Year everyone. Perhaps this is the year we all start to feel better. (I wish!)

  • Happy New Year 2010 to all my spiney friends. Wishing everyone health and happiness! <:P
  • I am 6 months out from my multi-level fusion. For those that are just beginning to recover there is hope. I am feeling much better now, almost normal. My flexibility and stamina are much improved. I seemed to really turn the corner at the 6 month mark. Here's to wishing everyone a better 2010 and a pain free year.
