  • you are welcome to vent anytime you need to, and i really mean it.

    i truly understand how if feels to suffer all the time, and how just talking to someone really helps.

    the trouble is, though, if that person hasn't dealt with chronic pain or health issues, it's hard for them to empathize with you, and sometimes they may not feel like hearing it. it sure helps to talk to someone who understands where you're coming from.

    i'm sorry you are having a hard time right now.

    the numbness in your fingers, along with the pain does suggest cervical issues, have you had an mri done?

  • i definately agree with you that i could probably benefit alot with PT.

    unfortunately, i do not have insurance right now, so i'm gonna have to do my own research, and learn some exercises.
