Two weeks and no pain I am so glad I had this done. Hopefully this gets me back or as close to normal as possible. I miss my hobbies and playing with my kids. It's all baby steps. :D
Live one day at a time and do it with no regrets. I hold my head up high with pride to the fact that i wont let my injury beat me.

L1 - S2 "gone" useless in 1 way or another. DDD. RA. Bone Spurs. Tons of nerve damage/issues. Stenosis. Both knees replaced. 50 yrs old. I had a great fall (hence my user name) at age 41 and it has been a domino effect every since.

  • Not to sure what they did exactly. I know it was an epidural and they flooded my s1 with painkillers and steroids. It was about a 10 min. Procedure and in about three days I felt great. My pain level dropped from an 8 to a 2 and I haven't needed any meds at all to include muscle relaxers. Doc said dropping my pain level stopped the spasms. Thanks for all the support.
