  • Welcome to Spine-Health. Look around the site regarding your symptoms, you might find some things that help you.

    We aren't able to diagnose you, as we're not doctors. But I can tell you that my lumbar stenosis symptoms were being unable to stand or walk for any length of time and sitting was the only thing that would give me relief.

    It sounds like you're in the beginning of your journey to find what's causing your pain. Have you been scheduled for an MRI?

    Hopefully, at your young age, conservative measures will help you and stave off surgery.

    No i haven't been scheduled for an MRI yet but I will ask my doctor for one.

    I'm getting an xray next week some time ... I had thought the pain was initially in my hamstring, but this is all starting to make more sense ...

    my first doctor had thought it was in my piriformis and got me to wear orthotics. I'm not convinced that they have actually helped me any...
