Hello folks!!

I have been having back issues for some time now. I have been diagnosed with Short Pedicle Syndrome, Spinal Stenosis, bulging discs at L-2 L-3, L-3 L-4, and a ruptured disc at L-4 L-5. I am in the process of getting a referral for pain management as the next step in the process.

  • Welcome to Spine-Health. This site has tons of articles and videos (all doctor-written and peer-reviewed) that can help you learn about all aspects of spine problems. I hope you've taken a few minutes to look around. You'll also find that the members of the forum are very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

I'm sorry you're having problems, but glad you're headed to a PM. Sometimes it can take a while to get to the heart of the problem and conservative measures are usually tried as the starting point. I hope you get relief with what the PM suggests..

Take care and keep us posted.
