Hi everyone,

My ALJ hearing is creeping closer...it's Sept 1st!! Please, if anyone has any advice for me...let me have it. I am so nervous....so worried that it will not happen in my favor. I feel like, how can they NOT find a favorable decision with all my records and such...but I'm still in my 30's...so that will be the one strong factor holdng it back I'm afraid. Oh, I wish I knew it would all work out.

If I don't get a favorable decision, then my attorney said we can appeal again...anyone had to do this after their hearing? I'm not giving up as SS wants me to. I'm not.

  • I cant give you any advice, except to be truthful and confident.

Look at it this way, your lawyer would not have taken your case if he didnt feel you would win.

Just wanna wish you the best of luck.
