What is ILIF also he is going to use a plate is that better than screws and rods what do you guys thanks about that thanks

  • I have had neck problems for years, and headaches that accompany them for over a year. Conservative methods have helped, but I still experience pain, dizziness and shoulder blade pain that never goes away. I realize it is a personal descicion, but I seem to only have arm pain and hand pain if I write or type a lot and most pain is in the back of my neck and shoulders. I have not run across anyone experiencing this and need advice. I am meeting with the doc to possibly schedule surgery in a few weeks.
