I was up and about quite a bit today, drove out to my mom's for turkey dinner, helped her prepare, as her arthritic hands were so bad she could barely pick up anything, and then of course, sitting at the dinner table... After all that, my lower back is throbbing, so I laid down on my couch when I got home (and am still here). Anyways, my lower back feels like it's burning! Not burning pain, it feels like I'm laying on my heating pad with it on the highest temp. It's happened before, when I've had a busy day and my back hurts pretty bad and I'm laying on the couch or in bed, but it doesn't happen every day. Just wondering, does anyone else get that feeling? Is that normal, or what is it that makes it feel that way?
