Be patient with me please, as I am trying to find my way around here. lol
I have a bad back (lumbar S-1) is pressing on a main nerve root and is herniated. I also have a old head trama. IDK what they will find next lol
IDK how to make any sort of profile on this site. I am still looking for where that might be at. Wish me luck. lol

  • :H Welcome. So, look for My Account at the top. When you are in there you will see an edit button in the upper left area. That is where you can set up your info. Not very easy..and I hope I described it right.

    Do you only have S1 issues? I had L5/S1 first now I L4/L5 and S1. Have done everything..shots, PT, chiro, meds and two disc surgies. Now i am about to get a fusion.

    What have you done so far? How did you find out about your S1 problems?
