I hope to help folks and learn from others as well. I finally had cervical surgery 2 weeks ago after putting it off for years. I had a C7 - C4 disc replacement and fusion. I am hoping for the best!

  • where did you have your ADR done UK/USA/Europe?
and has it been a success and what type of disc did they use {pro disc C} or any other makes ?
  • Welcome to Spine-Health. You'll find a lot of great articles and videos on this site and the forum is a great place to learn of others' experiences and get support.

Yes, I do believe this will be a good support group for you. I've also had a 3-lvl ACDF at C4-7 (I assume you had an ACDF) and understand all about the pre-op problems, pain and symptoms, the surgery and recovery. I hope that your recovery is going smoothly.

    Are you wearing a collar?

Take care and feel free to post any questions or support to others when you feel like it.
