I saw a youtube video clip of a doctor giving a perispinal etanercept injection for back pain. The results look amazing. Does anyone know about this type of treatment?

  • I have heard that there is a line of thought that some back pain is an autoimmune reaction. I hadn't read about using this medication, though.

Very interesting, thank you for bringing it up! It appears to be FDA approved for ankylosing spondylitis and degenerative autoimmune diseases of the back, but not yet for pain without a specific autoimmune disease as the confirmed cause.
