:H Hi everyone,I'm new! I've had back pain/trouble pretty much from the time I was a young teen.

I have Scoliosis,DDD,2 chipped vertabrae,ect!
Never any surgery,I seem to have things I need to live with.

I have had some new things going on,can't seem to find any answers. Glad this is here, maybe I'll find someone with a similar experience.

  • That's rough you've had pain for so long. I have DDD and previously a lumbar herniated disc which has healed on it's own. I hope you find support and information here what you need. Take care. Charry

  • Had this for a long time too.

Welcome to the place! I arrived here years ago, through google searching for treatment of my own issues. I kept looking to info and coming back here, because it allowed me to keep reading and watching video that explained my issues.

In the end, there are times that we will not get answers, until our Dr is as curious about the problem and solutions as I am.

I dont have it all figured out, but I am better, much better!
