I am new to this forum. I have had surgery 15 years ago on my neck C5-6 level and a few months later had a fusion done from the T-7 down to the L1-2 level. Needless to say, I have had problems sleeping due to failed back syndrome. I was on ambien for sleep until this spring, in which case it stopped working. I found a product that helps me sleep. It's a holographic chip. The company also has a tea out to be used in conjuction with the sleep chips. I really like the product. I have had problems since last fall with a chronic headache due to C6-C7 level disc protrusion. I love the sleep chips and the sleep tea.
