Has anyone heard from/about happyHBmom? She posted for a while after her December 14 surgery, then disappeared from the scene. >:D< Hugs to all >:D< , Essmoe

  • She was just logged in a few minutes ago, try pming her.
  • She's been around. I think she was playing with the kids this long weekend.

  • Yep, just got back from a 3 day weekend! I would not have volunteered, but we go every year at this time with 3 other families.

I am doing pretty well. Still sore and achy and sleeping a lot!
  • "I think she was playing with the kids this long weekend". First thing I thought was, God forbid if they made BLTs (ya know what kind I mean). You're playing with the kids...we all know how energetic they typically are...and...next thing you know, you've twisted your spine (unless your doc has lifted the restrictions). I'm sure HBmom knows better than that, but still, they can put you off guard. Good to hear from you again, HB! >:D< Love 'n Hugs, Essmoe >:D<
  • I am still being careful, but most of my restrictions are lifted. Anyway, other people did the physical stuff, I just sat around and enjoyed the company :)

But honestly, I'm surprised by how much I'm able to do so soon after surgery.
