Failed Medial Branch Block

So I went today and had a bilateral L4 medial branch block. It didn't work, I'm so depressed all I'm doing is crying. I don't want to keep going and getting jabbed with needles in hopes that one of them will help. All it does is get my hopes up and when it doesn't work I'm depressed even more for days. So far the only one that helped was the hardware block but since only the lidocane worked and not the cortizone the doctor decided that wasn't my problem.
