Botox injections for muscle spasms & headaches?

Has anyone tried Botox injections for the neck muscle spasms & headaches? If so, did it provide any relief?

I've tried everything and I want to get off the pain meds at least for a while before my next surgery. My last option seems to be Botox injections.

  • I have tried multiple Botox injections in my neck and always wound up regretting the decision. Botox works great in my lower back, but was never helpful in my neck. I always wound up feeling worse for several weeks after having neck injections.

  • Thank you for your reply.

I'm sorry to hear that the Botox injections didn't work for you. It's so difficult to find something that helps. I seem to get worse with every injection i have and i though that maybe Botox would be the solution..
