Some of us are sort of "homebound" for one reason or another. It sure would be nice to see more people in chat during the day time.

Just a thought ..... Maybe we could structure some standard times for chat sessions during the day ??

Thinking (typing) out loud.

  • Maybe I should not admit this - but will.

I have never been to chat - not even one time :(

    Not sure why.

L1 - S2 "gone" useless in 1 way or another. DDD. RA. Bone Spurs. Tons of nerve damage/issues. Stenosis. Both knees replaced. 50 yrs old. I had a great fall (hence my user name) at age 41 and it has been a domino effect every since.
  • The first thing I do when I log on is check to see who is in chat. I will agree with Dave, many times during the 'day' hours, it is thin in there. Some of the folks I love to chat with don't appear till the wee hours, and I have been "trying" to hit the pillows earlier, so missing some of them.

I hope you pop in and give it a try Beth. Real time chat is fun. Sometimes we share our medical issues and what is going on, other times we joke and poke at each other. It is a really nice release. :)

  • YES! YES!!!!! I totally agree. I am housebound and when I lay the babies down for naps i would LOVE to chat with you guys but everytime I hve checked it out it seems like a ghost town!!! LOL
  • It would be fun to have a scheduled time for chat so that you would try to remember to log in if you weren't busy.

I am not good about going to chat, either. But the one time I did try it, it was fun. We were just talking about silly stuff, but still fun!
  • HI,
Ok, I'm home all day....so add me in to the list!

  • I have been to chat once and it was fun. Need to do it more. I do work, schedule changes so can't really make plans. Tomorrow is out and i am also disappointed I will miss Alex in his skivvies. Hopefully there will be a next time.

Doesn't having coffee in your underware cause chapping and funny looks from the medical community??

Freely admitting that you have something brown in your underware will not attract people to this proposed chat!!

    Right?!

  • And how did the inagural coffee and underwear chat go??
