FELL OFF MY HORSE! no Broken Bones, but ....

I lost my balance while riding on Saturday and fell off. I hit my face on the right side and also the right lower back and pelvic area. I was un-conscious for a few moments, but aside from obvious immediate pain and bruises, I was able to walk back to where I parked my trailer.
I decided to go to the ER as my face was swollen and I wanted to make sure I had not broken anything..
No broken bones, just some contusions, and a mild concussion, but today my lower back on the right side is VERY NUMB from about the L 3-4 to mid thigh. And some numbness in the genital area. No excessive pain except two points (of impact I am guessing), near the top of the pelvic bone on the rear side.
I am experiencing some light nausea and light dizzyness.
I made an appointment to see my INT MED MD on Wednesday.

I am trying to decide if I should be going back to the ER instead?
