Hello! I am wondering if anyone else out there was heavily involved in the sport of boxing? I have spondolysthesis, but have been boxing for 5 years with it, but as of May I injured my back further with two herniated discs and some disc degeneration.

I have done PT for 6 weeks, do my exercises and stretches daily and also did 3 rounds of cortisone shots. I am still not cured and have pain in my leg, left buttocks and my left foot is number once in awhile. I am going for a second opinion in two weeks, but looking for some hope?

anyone come back from these issues besides Tito Ortiz?
