I will be 20 yrs old in may and I just found out that I have degenerative disc disease. I wanted some more info on it through someone who has its perspective. I've been in pain for a couple years now and want to know if there is anything that truely relieves some of the pain.

  • I have DDD in my lumbar spine, and I would love to give you more of a perspective on it.

First, I would be curious to get some information about you, because your post is rather short. Where in your spine do you have DDD and what kinds of things have you tried to relieve your pain?

I also make the observation that you are pretty young to have DDD.
