Rhizotomy L3-5 & infiltrate both SI Joints

I've been living with lower back pain for the last two months from May - June 2012. I did MRI Lumbar Spine and showed that there is disc degeneration with slight disc space narrowing L5/S1 with some posterior disc protrusion. Doctor gave me Arcoxia, Lyrica and stillpain to ease pains. Eversince end May I've been living with this pain, until 18 June that Doc decided to do rhizotomoy L3-S1 and infiltrate both SI Joints. The procedure was done on the 3rd July 2012, but eversince then the pain is so severe. Now its almost 5 days after rhizotomy, its very sore, so unbearable. Before rhizotomy I had some episodes of pain relief but now its very sore 24 hours (day and night). Presently I am on Arcoxia and Stillpain but seem not helping me.
