Help Please.!!

im 22 years old..not english spoken....i had pain for 3 years ., i did ct scan also xray that shows l5/s1 disk herniation...actually the pain increased when i had a rest ..i just want to ask about the severity of the herniation ..if someone can read the pictures ..its small/big herniation ??

  • they said i have herniation L5/S1 ..then i make phsyotherapy Tens&utlrasound therapy and the pain relieve ..but it comes back...the story is that im studying medicine aboard..so i come back to my country every 3-4 month...i just want to know the severity of the herniation ...thanks anyway
  • The severity seems its not severe enough if dr did not recomend surgery, Common sense 101. Did you take that class yet lol? Git-er-done

    At 22 if i could do it i would do it if pain is not too bad, As they say if it feels good do it, What country you from?

  • LOL U.S Have everything ! btw i bought Tens machine & ultrasound therapy..only this will help with exercise..bed rest will make it worst ..stay active !!
