Laminectomy and Discectomy L4 and L5

I am 23 and I am in my 3 or so week of recovery.

I have been living with a constant lower back pain, numbest of my right leg, foot and toes. I was hunched over, walking like a hunchback for almost a year. It was hell, put a stop to my life, social life, daily routines, work ... Everything came to a stop.

I was in hospital for 2 weeks and when it came to recovery, the help I was promised by X I never got ...

If you should have this surgery, make sure you have a support system of people who want to help you and who will have or make the time for you. Its a difficult recovery if you don't have the proper help because you cant do it alone and you wont be able to get back into your "old" ways otherwise
