    Nicole: sorry, poor wording.

    Mine is constant and has been for the 12 months.

    Most people's numbness, tingling only lasts for a few days but sometimes lasts a few weeks.

    The words your doctor used are disquietingly similar to those used by my surgeon for my failed microdiscectectomy. Hope this doesn't forebode anything for you.

    If you seriously want to loose some weight, there is a thread in the nutrition forum that guarantees weight lose and works if followed.
