Losing Weight ....as I am Pregnant? is it safe ?

I am 6th month pregnant it seems that I am losing weight from last month. Is It not dangerous to Lose Weight as I am Pregnant?

Two quarts of water everyday and one quart of skimmed milk is very good for your health and will decrease your hunger. It will also keep you very well hydrated and wont have complications later. It is very important for a pregnant woman to be well hydrated. A dehydrated woman has chances of having preterm labor and preterm contractions. It is also a very good idea to consume a lot of fruit juices. It will supply your body with all the necessary nutrients without you having to consume any food which makes you put on weight.

    It is also very advisable for the pregnant mother to consume a lot of fish. This is because studies have shown that a good consumption of fish results in the neurodevelopment of the offspring and also improves its intellect.
