orthopedic visit

I had a MRI recently and my neurologist diagnosed me as having spondylosis and bone spurs in C4,C5,C6. He gave me a prescription for Hydrocodone and said there was nothing else to do. I made an appointment with a orthopedic Doctor for next week. My question is what do I need to ask about my condition? What do I need to make sure I tell him? Any advice would be appreciated.
