Pain is so intense

Im new to this site and I am having a lot of back issues.


  • I have hade several MRIs and having pain in what feels the left side Shoulder Blade and the Neck and Arm/ Hand. My arm was pins and nrrdled and now its a constant Burn. I have lose prob.50% of my left side hand strength. I have to lood down because if I go to pick my head up,tilt to the left, or turn to the Left I get Severe Pain in the neck and Arm. I have had I would say 10 Shots in the Cervical and Nothing stops the pain. My doctor daid with all the symptems that I am having he doesnt know what to do because they dont add up. I have also had 2 Laminectomys in the L5 S1 area in the last 12 months. I have worked 15 tears in the Skillrd trades doing heavy Labor and thats all I know. I asked about going on ssd and he said to me you can co something. I told him that this is all I Know and when I go back to work Im already going to be a Liability. He acts like he dont even care. Im scared and dont know what to do. Any advice?

  • The loss of strength in your arm is the most worrisome. I had a doc who did the your symptoms don't add up bit. When it got to my arm lossing strength he ordered a myelogram and led to a laminectomy. The problem is once you start lossing strength if it isn't taken care of you can have permanent nerve damage.

    Back issue is common now a days mostly for office worker and i think the best way for back pain treatment is abc. This help me a lot.

    Post edited. Providing medical advice in terms of what a person should be doing is a major violation of forum rules. What may be good
    for one person, could be a death sentence to another. You should only do exercises or other programs AFTER you have discussed it with your
    doctor and have their approval.
