Failed L4l5 laminectomy

Had l4l5 laminectomy in sept 2011...had a spinal fluid repair surgery 2 weeks later and still have not felt any relief from the pain. Have been everywhere trying to find out what is wrong with me. Buttocks pain, tight hamstring and pain on outside of calf. They have found tears in many of the muscles if my left leg as well as my knee. I am 39 with 3 small kids and the pain is exhausting.. Any advice or ideas? I have had injections in spine, so joint, periformis, tried accupuncture, active release therapy, chiro, massage, pt, etc
