hello everyone

My name is andy and im 33 yrs old and a very active type of person but in the last 5 months ive been plagued by a lower back/hip problem. ive had various diagnosis and treatments from doctors physios and chiropractors and nothing seems to make the slightest improvement. i broke my foot in september last yr and on crutches for 6 weeks. during the time on crutches i notice a pain in my right buttock if i sneezed or coughed. when i became more mobile i noticed the pain when i walked or bent over. ive done all the exercises for a herniated disc which made no difference. ive had manipulation, electrotreatment and accupuncture which all made no difference. the only thing which eases the pain is to strech the piroformis but the pain returns 5 minutes after the stretch. If anyone has seen or heard of anything similar i would be grateful for any info or advice
