I have had two disc herniations and deal with back pain and stiffness the majority of my days. I am wondering if anyone has seen positive results with gluteal muscle strengthening? I do many core exercises that my PT showed me, but recently went to a chiropractor who told me to strengthen my gluts. After the first day I was more stiff and it didn't seem to be related to muscle soreness. Has anyone experienced relief with this?
