Hello to all your backs and legs and whatever else is hurting.
I hurt my back on may 4 2013, just thought it was old age, but the pain got worse, went to doctor on the 10th and then a mri on the 13th,, Hernaited Disc. and does it hurt, to stand walk, lay flat. been sitting in chair, that is the only relief. and now comes the choice of surgery or treatment. and by the way i have no insurance. i am 59 retired from the police dept. and very little retirement money for sure. very little...
so what is one to do about the cost. to have all this done. does anyone have suggestions. any one to contact.
just hurting so bad,, and i am not the type to sit around and do nothing.

any suggestions are welcome
