  • During my first pregnancy I'd get the same sensations in my thighs, and it felt just like the baby moving in my stomach, but clearly the baby wasn't moving in my thighs. They didn't hurt, but they drove me crazy... my husband called them "Baby Quakes". Funny, I ended up with some severe back pain post baby, and was told that was more or less due to the abdominal muscles being cut during the C-Section, but nothing ever explained the Baby Quakes... of course, I never thought to ask about them in terms of my spine... makes sense though...
33yo mom of two. My surgical history...preadolescence scoliosis, kyphosis, and a hot mess.... 5 spine surgeries and lots of items added I wasn't born with (titanium, peek, surgical steel). Guess cremation is out. TSA loves me.
