Sciatica diagnosis??? Skin sensitivity, burning etc.
Hello there, I'm new to this forum. I came back from the ER tis afternoon because of odd skin sensitivity accompanied by dull achy pain in my left lower back, left hip, front upper & inner thigh and some groin and pelvic area as well. The ER doctor told me it was the sciatica nerve?!?!?! Uuum what??? I'm a 35 year old woman and have had lower back pain for quite sometime now. But didn't know anything about this bundle of nerves and how bad they can hurt when aggravated. I wonder if my sleeping on the sofa and only on my right side, for the past couple of years now may have contributed to this. Sometimes when I would wake up in the morning, my upper from thigh and hip would feel like its out of place. As well as my skin super sensitive to the touch. Any input as far as sleeping on the right side is concerned? Any input will be appreciated.
