Very lucky, looking for some advice

Going to be a while before I see a doctor but I wanted to know what I'm in for so I'm prepared

Lower back pain, the sort that brings you to your knees like your body is trying to find a way to position itself to go away. Thought I just pulled something in my back somehow because it happened when I raised my arm to scratch my head. Looked in the mirror the next day or so and my body and it was leaning to the left (this lean is now gone).

My problem and not so much a problem as I am very grateful after reading through the forum, is that I feel comfortable sitting down. What bothers me is standing up, just standing. I don't feel pain, just my lower back feels tight, it's very warm, warm enough that I can sweat there sometimes. That uncomfortable feeling like I'm taking up extra space in that area seems to go away when I'm actually moving or I do planks or exercise a little.

No pain unless I stress it now. It only happens during the transitional stages of movement such as standing from sitting or lower to go to bed but I haven't dared test to see if I can do those things without feeling just incase. No weird feeling in my legs, just that uncomfortable feeling in my back that I wanted to ask if you think it will ever go away or not.

I hope the best for all of you with problems, so much so I feel very guilty positing this because I see now it could have been far worse, good luck to you all and thank you.
