Hello, Im Nee. I found this place for the first time thanks to my son teaching me how to use google next...and I'll have to say that after reading for 2 hours, that I've finally found a home amongst fellow pain sufferers.
After 6 years of going crazy with trying to find out what was going on in my back, constant urinary incontinence, loosing the ability to walk for 6 weeks at a time starting 4 years ago, being scared to death to leave the house by myself behind the excruciating pain levels that go from a level of 1 to 60000000 in 30minutes or less and becoming completely dependent on my teenage children, walking and suddenly pain shooting into every little crevice known to mankind then having my legs go on strike soon afterwards, loosing the ability to feel anything outside of pain and numbness in my right leg , watching my right leg spasm as if it were the fourth of July fireworks show, and begging for injections at the local ER to try and find a happy place....I have finally found a doctor who now has the proof that I was.not attempting to become the next pain medications addict, or the fact that i truly want to have a normal life again....and is attempting to get me there ASAP.
I have started with the lumbar spine blocks as of September 12th, and even though I realize this is a temporary solution.... and yes I still do feel the pain and see a few spasms ... it's almost miraculous. I can now atleast temporarily tolerate myself enough to not want to pull my hair out strand by strand! Anyways, I do think I should stop rambling at this point...nice to meet you all and thanx for having me.
