Has anyone had a cervical disc replacement?

Hi every one I am Naomi, a newbie. I was in a car accident three years ago and I have two herniated discs with annular tear leaning on the thoracic sac. I tried Epidural Injections whey worked somewhat but not for long enough. I am a Produce Manager at a large Supermarket chain in Fl so as you can imagine my job has become more and more difficult with all the lifting I have to do . I have been recommended to have artificial disc replacement C5-6 and C6-7. Just wondering if anyone has had this procedure done and what the out come was successful or not. I need to do this soon so I would appreciate any feed back. Many thanks Naomi
