Right side of upper body hurts.. PLEASE HELP..

First of all I am 18 years old, so I shouldn't be getting this at all yet,

I was diagnosed with a disc protrusion at L5-S1 which was compressing but not touching the S1 nerve root and wear and tear a long my spine a month ago after getting injured doing Muay Thai (Martial Art) back in May.. The doctor told me physiotherapy and resting for a month would be enough for me to feel normal again.. (over a month has gone) Since My MRI I started physiotherapy and ive only gotten worse.. My lower back hurts, I started to get tingling in my right foot after I got acupuncture done (Not sure if that caused it) I feel pain around my rib cage and upper back area, when I crack my ribcage and upperback pain reliefs a bit in those areas, same with the lowerback. I only get the tingling in my toe in the right foot, and 95% of the time when I am sitting down.
I also get pain and stiffness feeling in my neck when don't move it for long..

What is going on? its driving me crazy. My mom says I am being paranoid about it, and I must agree.. I can't take this anymore.. bothering me for so long.. I miss training, it was a huge part of my life.. Can't live without it. Could say, this injury is destroying me physically and mentally..

I have also noticed that I've lost flexibility really quick in my hamstrings lately.
