pain traveling through my back/rib pain

I went from working out every week to barely moving so quick. It has been going on for about two years now. I have chronic back pain, muscle tearing, ribs popping out and spinal pain.
I have been to 3 chiropractors, 3 physical therapists, 2 primary care doctors and 2 orthopedic specialists. Physical therapy helps some but all the sudden it feels like everything pops out of place again. Burning sensations in my back followed by months of pain.
I keep getting a little better and then a lot worse. I've had tailbone pain, a lot of rib and muscle pain, sharp spinal pain and now it is in my shoulders, traps and neck. The muscles just keep getting tight.
I've had multiple xrays and MRIs with zero results. I just got my blood work back and it shows nothing as well. No fibro symptoms and all my levels were fine.
I'm new here and I plan on reading as much as possible. I'm just trying to reach out because I can't go on hurting this bad. I have seen all the doctors I know to see. Any help would be great.

Thanks everyone!

  • no one is listening to me as well...it is so frustrating all i know is in some people it took them 20 years to get any concrete diagnosis! i have been dealing with this for 13 to 15 years so i hope my time is near...i really think i have MS but i don;t show any demylentation in the spine? i get fasciculations in my right leg and left wrist...i have severe right ankle pain, i walk with a walker as i can't stand for long and the spine pain is so excruciating all we can do is 'hope'. i literally feel your pain....i have another appointment at a pain clinic in march and am at the point i will start takeing the meds they have suggested, up until now i use tylenol arthritis and i put ice on my back and ankle. this is the only thing that really helps...i keep a hot water bottle filled and in the freezer all the time and take it out for 20 min. at a time for pain relief , pop it back in the freezer until next time...hope this helps,
