New Members, Please read our Forum Rules before submitting your first discussion
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
read the information that we provide in welcome to spine-health and how to get started
there is so much useful information there for all new members. it will layout how spine-health is organized, it will point you to our forum rules and our faq. all of this is designed so that your initial threads and posts will be effective and you other members will be able to respond.
and if you are in doubt, then please send a private message to any one of the moderators.
but , please dont just start typing information and questions. much of that may not be valid, against forum rules, and doesnt help other members understanding your situation.
just take a few minutes to go through that set of links. you can always use that as a resource as you get more familiar with spine--health
members here will always try to help other members. but you have to make sure you give them enough information so that they can be helpful.
the negative to all of this, is that we have so many new members who do not read the information we provide, then they create a thread and find out that they are not getting many responses or find out that they have violated forum rules.
think of looking at our links as a drivers permit. you can't drive a care until you have a permit and are ready for the drivers test
