Good day to everyone :)

I am a british mama of 2 kids living in Kuwait and also a teacher to 15 toddlers.
I was diagnosed with SIJD a couple of years ago but have suffered with it for 3 years.
I have suffered with back problems for 20+ years as my previous job back home was a very physical and demanding one.

Im looking for help and answers thats is hard to get here:

I read that Sijd can be a cause from childbirth? Is related to childbirth or to back pain i had all these years? I have suffered this different kind of back pain since my daughter was born, well its not back pain... its the buttock pain, pelvic pain, legs and my other question is... lately last couple of months I have pain in my achilles tendon and underneath ball part of my foot... does anyone have same problems with their feet or knees?

I am hoping to see a private orthopaedic this week but would love to be armed with info as they just tend to send you out the door with a bag of meds here :(

Any help greatlyyyy appreciated.

Have a good day all :)
