Greetings from North Idaho!

Hello folks. I'm a 46 year old who has been recently diagnosed with severe Osteo Arthritus, located in just about every joint I posses and especially my neck. I work as a welder in a shop and am confronted with a great deal of pain that really makes life miserable. To say I'm not frightened to death, would be a lie. My condition seems to be getting worse almost on a daily basis. I care for a 67 year old wife with numerous health issues and who is unable to do much for herself, plus we have 5 kids.....English Springer Spaniels. I think at this point, having been diagnosed yesterday after extensive X rays and MRI's a few weeks ago, I just need a shoulder to cry on! I look forward to possibly getting some insight from all of you about ways to cope with this cruelest of diseases. Thank you for having me.
